Lüm-Tec Combat B49 24H Review
Before I received my first Lüm-Tec, I was picking up what they were putting down. Aside from Lüm-Tec’s personalized attention and veterans’ discounts, I couldn’t resist their unique design language and luminous technology. I signed-up for two more watches on pre-order. The Lüm-Tec Combat B49 24H was delivered a week or so ahead of its estimated July release. I received #38 of the limited run of 500. Unfortunately . . .
The watch arrived on a NATO strap. Like most NATO straps, it didn’t fit me or flatter the watch. All those NATO appendages and flappy parts stick out from my wrist and detract from the watch … read more on thetruthaboutwatches.com

Lum-Tec Combat B42
Ohio-based watchmaker Lum-Tec have introduced the upcoming Combat B42, a military-inspired field watch that mixes a technical look with classic pilot watch aesthetics. Powered by a Miyota Japan OS20 Chronograph movement with 5 year battery, the rugged 43mm watch features a shock-absorbing mounting system, a threaded solid caseback, and a double curved sapphire crystal with military grade anti-reflective coating that protects a dial with the watchmaker’s proprietary luminescence technology. Lum-tec Combat Field X1
I have long been a fan of Lum-tec watches and I have shared that here many times. Their latest model, the Combat Field X1 might rank at the top if not be the definitive Lum-tec for me to date. The X1 at first glance might look like other Combat models from Lum-tec, but is actually a modernized version of a field or trench watch. I love when a brand can think outside the box and bring us something familiar while still putting their own twist on it. While the price is up there at $895, the Combat Field X1 uses a Sellita SW200 automatic movement and nothing for this watch was off the shelf. Couple that with being assembled and tested in Ohio, and you can see where the price comes from … read more on watchreport.com

Review of the LÜM-TEC V1
The V Series would be an entirely new watch line from LÜM-TEC featuring one of the most complex and attractive case designs we’ve seen from the company to date, with a Swiss ETA movement and a display back. But did the released product live up to the (high) expectations for the watch? Read on to see my impressions…
